1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed with ShopeoX CyanorX are processed within 24–48 working hours. Orders placed after 6 PM are processed on the next business day. During peak sale days or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Order Verification

Some orders may require additional verification. Our team may contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details. Order fulfillment begins only after verification is complete.

3. Packaging Quality

All orders go through strict quality checks. Every parcel is packed in tamper-proof, shock-resistant packaging to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. COD orders may include a minimal COD handling fee. International shipping charges vary by weight and destination.

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update in the courier system.

8. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to us.

9. Delayed Deliveries

Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, or courier issues. We request your patience during unavoidable delays.

10. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24–48 hours with:

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

In case the courier loses your shipment, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on stock availability.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select PIN codes. Please ensure your number and address are correct. Frequent fake/RTS orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

13. International Customs Duties

Customs duties or import charges (if any) must be paid by the customer. These vary by country and are not collected by ShopeoX CyanorX.

14. Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not ship to war/conflict regions, PO boxes, military addresses, and locations restricted by courier services.
